Do not judge people by how they are treating CEO but judge them by how they are treating the waiter.

Tonight in a sisha restaurant in Bali i saw Arabic guys talked with a waiter. I really did not get what made those Arabic guy angry but later on he called the manager and report those waiter to his manager.
I listened to the conversation, trying to figure out what happened but those Arabic guy lost me when he said that those waiter is a d*ckhead.
Even if those waiter made mistake, but if you called someone d*ckhead in public you are definitely not good person.
Later on those Arabic guy called the waiter again and asked him to apologize but also asked him to sit in the floor while talk to them.
As an Indonesian, i saw a foreginer come to my country and disrespecting my fellow Indonesian like that, i was staring to those Arabic guys gave them a sign if they are doing it too much i will not remain silent.
Then out of the blue those guys left the sisha restaurant after i kept staring at them.
Well, i am not defending if anyone make mistake even Indonesian. But my point is as a customer you have right to complain, but do it in proper way. I hate it when people feel superior to other people. I respect people not based on who they are but by how they are treating people.
